1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not damaged by the customer

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or stitched outfits
  • Bridal wear or made-to-order pieces
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
